Delivering Your Order
If your order was placed before 12pm AEST Monday - Friday it will be packaged and sent out the same day.
- We use Sendle, Australia Post, and DHL for all our deliveries. If you are unable to find your email from Sendle or Australia Post, please check your junk mail filter or alternatively contact us here at firstname.lastname@example.org. Goods will be delivered within 1-4 business days. Postal delivery of Gift Vouchers is a flat rate of $7.00. Tracking is generally available within 24 hours of shipment.

Kaavia delivers to New Zealand, the United States of America, and the United Kingdom.
Please note that Australia Post, Sendle, and Kaavia do not operate on public holidays or weekends.
Once your parcel is collected from our warehouse and scanned into the Australia Post, Sendle and DHL, we will email you a tracking number. To track your parcel, please enter your number here: Australia Post Website or DHL website.
Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of Australia Post. Any delays caused by the Shipping company are outside our control and we cannot be held responsible for any delays. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the Shipping companies and may vary depending on locations.
Subject to the Kaavia Activewear returns policy, Kaavia will take care to appropriately pack all orders, but will not be liable or responsible for any damage once the parcel has left Kaavia Activewear.

Your Australia Post E-parcel tracking number will be emailed to the email address on your order. Please note if you don't enter an email address on your order you will not receive an order confirmation or tracking information. Occasionally this emailed tracking number could fall into your junk mailbox depending on your email filtering. Watch out for this email so you can track the progress of your order from our doorstep to yours!

Expected shipping times
Australia Post Express
If your shipping address is within the Australia Post express post network (Australian capital cities and major metro areas) your order will be delivered in the next business day. If your address is outside of the express post network, your order will be delivered between 1-3 working days.
WA and rural areas expected Shipping time is 2 - 7 business days.
All prices are in Australian dollars.
- International Shipping
- In New Zealand, there's free standard shipping on orders over $150
- International orders are sent via Airmail and via DHL Express, with a delivery window of approximately 3-10 working days depending on location. All goods will be declared as commercial merchandise and at their full retail value excluding GST.
- Tracking is generally available within 24 hours of shipment
- All deliveries must be signed on delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is attended and provide a business address where possible, or such other address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9 am and 5 pm.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
- Please note: the postal fee charged does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where they originated. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees that may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a gift, even if an order is placed with the intention of sending it to a gift recipient. - Orders placed before 12 pm (AEST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm (AEST), on weekends or a public holiday will be dispatched the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves the warehouse.
If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider that there might be delays during peak & holiday periods due to volume.
We strive to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you have ordered. If something isn’t right, let us know asap. Email us your questions to email@example.com Monday to Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm. A receipt is required as proof of purchase on all return items. We are happy to provide an exchange, store credit, or refund but only on full price garments that are unworn.
- No refunds, exchange or credit notes issued for change of mind on all sale items –ONLY
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached
- You must send the original receipt with your order
- All returns must be made within 14 days of the order date. Refunds will exclude any postage costs.
- Customers that receive shipping discounts must be aware that the full flat rate postage will still be deducted from the total refund.
- If one item is returned when two or more items have been purchased equalling $100 or more (this does not qualify for free domestic shipping): if the item/s the customer chooses to keep is still over $100, shipping WON’T be deducted from the refund of the returned item.
Changed your mind?
- The purchased product(s) from the Website and it’s not what you expected? You may return full-price merchandise for ‘change of mind reasons’ within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund processed using the original form of payment - this is (excluding shipping and handling charges).
- Kaavia Activewear accepts exchanges for full price items. If you would like to exchange an item for another size or different style, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of order.
- Please keep in mind that Kaavia Activewear cannot accept the returned product(s) and cannot give a refund if:
- (a) the return falls outside of the stated 14 DAY period;
- (b) the product(s) is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging; or
- (c) the original label/swing tag has been removed.

Return By Mail
Please enclose your receipt and merchandise along with a completed Kaavia Activewear within 14 days of the receipt of the goods, in a box and mail to:

Please return the product to us via registered mail. Please allow one week from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
