What is your sizing like? What can I compare it too?
Generally, our sizing is standard, however, there can occasionally be minor differences between fabrics. In saying that, everyone is different – we recommend checking your measurements against our size guide to give you the best indication of the right size for you. If there are any particular sizing notes on a style, we will include that in the product description such as "runs small, we suggest sizing up”.

Are your leggings squat proof?
Always! You might feel a little more comfortable wearing a lighter / nude coloured underwear with some of our lighter colours, but it is totally up to you and personal preference.
What are your most supportive bralets?
Our Warrior, Breathable, Seamless, Flawless and Lux Bralets are known to have the highest support.
How often do you release collections?
Collections are released approximately every 2-3 months.
What are your payment options?
We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) as well as PayPal, Afterpay for Australian & New Zealand customers & Klarna.
Do you have Afterpay?
- Yes, we have Afterpay as a payment option for Australia & New Zealand customers. Unfortunately, Afterpay don't currently have the ability to process orders outside of these countries, but hopefully they change this and allow international shopping soon!

Do you offer refunds or exchange?
Yes, we do! If you receive your order and there are any problems, please email hello@kaaviaactivewear.com and our customer service team will be in touch with you shortly. We will assist you in arranging an exchange or full refund and advise on how you can return the item. We do ask that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return. We have a 15-day return policy. We cannot cover the cost of the return shipping. We respectfully ask that any pieces being returned are in pristine, brand-new condition - no make-up, tan, or deodorant marks as we will be unable to process a return for exchange or refund in this case. Our customer service team pride ourselves on quick replies to customer enquiries, it will usually take us no more than 1 business day for us to get back to you.
What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?
If you can’t find a particular item on our website that usually means that it is sold out and maybe won’t be restocked ☹ (sorry!) however, our Customer Service Team are more than happy to assist if you can’t find something so please send us an email hello@kaaviaactivewear.com and we will check on the item you are looking for and give you an update (or suggest alternatives!) – However, if you see a Pre-Order button you can complete the form and our team will be in touch with you.
What are your shipping options?
Standard shipping is free when you purchase over $100.00.
Who do you ship with?
International shipments are sent with DHL, and generally arrive within 3-7 working days. Australian shipments are sent with Australia Post Express & Sendle and typically arrive within 1-3 working days to metro areas, 3-5 working days to areas outside major cities.
