Returned an item.

We strive to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you have ordered. If something isn’t right, let us know ASAP.  Email us your questions to Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm.

A receipt is required as proof of purchase on all Kaavia return items. We are happy to provide an exchange, store credit, or refund but only on full price garments that are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags still attached.

If you have sent an item back to Kaavia for a refund, then you will need to wait for your items to reach our Warehouse. The garment (s) will be inspected by one of our staff, once this has been completed the refund will be processed. If you have not had your refund, click here to find out what to do.

It can take up to 7 working days for your return to reach us and once it has, we will drop you an email to confirm we've received your returned parcel and the details of your refund.

Once you receive this email, it can take up to 7 working days for the funds to reach your account, depending on your payment provider.

If you're returning multiple items from an order, or more than one order in the same parcel, please allow up to 24 hours for all the items to be processed. Individual items may be refunded at different times within this period at the warehouse.  

Returned within 15 to 21 days? A gift voucher will be issued instead.

If you have not had your refund here is what you need to do:

Make sure it has been 7 working days.

We have to allow up to 7 working days for your return to get back to us so make sure you've allowed for this time.

Check your junk emails.

The email saying we'd received your items may have gone into your junk mail folder so it's worth checking here.

If you're still not received an email confirming your return after 7 working days, please get in touch with us at one of our Customer Care team will be in touch with you. Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned, and any delivery reference numbers (i.e. from a collection service or courier) when you contact us.

  • Returns - You can return items within 15 days for a full refund excluding all Sale items.
  • Go to and follow the instructions there to make your return. Return labels are not provided.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and placed back into the original bag with all labels and tags attached.
  • Not placing the merchandise back into the original bag will delay the processing of your return.
  • Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • All items marked 10% 15% 25% 30% 40% 50% off and 70% off are Final Sales. Reach out to Customer Care for advice before purchasing items marked Final Sales!
  • All items marked Sales & Final Sales cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
  • We only accept returns that were purchased via this website. We will not accept orders that were purchased from other retailers.
  • If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

Holiday Return Policy

In order to accommodate our holiday shoppers, we will be extending our return period. 

All orders placed between December 1st - December 25th will have up until January 15th to be returned for a full refund. 

Please note that items marked Sales & Final Sales cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

Exchange policy

  • At this time Kaavia cannot automatically process exchanges.
  • To make an exchange, please go to and follow the instructions to start a return. You will receive an Instant Refund voucher that you can use to place a new order. Simply enter the voucher code in the discount/promo code field at checkout to redeem. Once we receive your returned item, you will be refunded for the amount of the voucher that you did not spend, if any.

Making a Return

  1. Go to and follow the instructions there to make your return. Labels are not provided.
  2. You must ship your return using a trackable shipping method. Kaavia cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
  3. Please allow up to 7 days of transit time.
  4. Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive your return package. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.
  5. Upon receipt of returned goods, reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
  6. Please note that all items marked 10% 15% 25% 30% 40% 50% off and 70% off are Sales & Final Sales. All items marked Sales & Final Sales cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.


Returns must be initiated on items and returned to us within 15 days for Australian customers and 15 days for International customers. We reserve the right to deny any returns that are made after this period. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We ask that you take care when trying on your garments as any garments returned to us with makeup/fake tan or any other markings/stains/smells will not be accepted. This also includes garments that have had their tags removed or altered in any way. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned/refunded.

Please note: For hygiene reasons and for your protection, we do not accept returns on any of the below.

  • Bikinis
  • Undies / G-Strings

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Faulty Returns

  1. A refund will be issued on items that have a distinct, irreparable/irreplaceable manufacturing fault upon delivery. Please be advised that all garments are carefully inspected prior to dispatch and are sent in a brand-new condition. If you suspect a fault you are required to contact customer care immediately to address the nature of the fault. We'll be more than happy to rectify this for you asap!
  2. In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, if the garment has a minor fault, we are required to repair the fault and forward it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired, you will be sent a replacement product that matches your original purchase. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded for the total of your purchase amount.  
  3. Purchasing an 'incorrect size' or being unhappy with the fit is not considered a manufacturing fault and a refund will not be approved on this basis. Our regular return policy will apply for returns of this nature.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at we will instruct you with the following information.

Return by mail

Please return the product to us via registered mail. Please allow one week from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
